Disney dining plan, first timers!

We managed to score free dining during the Wine and Dine half marathon weekend in November. The hotel we chose for race weekend is the Caribbean Beach Hotel, and specifically, a pirate room since they are in the renovated section of the resort. This will be our first time to try the free dining as we usually get a room discount instead. I am looking forward to this option and now am busy trying to figure out where to make our ADR.(advance dining reservations). We are generally the eat quick so we can get to the rides type of park visitors, so this will be a new experience spending time at a sit down restaurant. At the moment, we have the following restaurants on our radar: Hollywood and Vine at HS, Kona Cafe at the Polynesian Hotel, and the Biergarten at Epcot. ( post race of course!). Please let us know if you have a favorite restaurant "around the WDW world"

  1. We love Tusker House at the Animal Kingdom - if you make a 10:45 am reservation- you get the best of both breakfast and lunch! Also The Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club is a hidden gem!
