My Weekly Recap

Some weeks I like to look over what I did in training to decide how to approach my next week.  This did not seem like a super duper week, but I did manage my scheduled running workouts despite many hours in the car going to see my parents.

Monday  rest day
Tuesday  tempo run 5 miles
Wednesday  rest day, car ride
Thursday  treadmill speedwork 6 X 400  total 3.5 miles
Friday  LONG car ride!
Saturday  treadmill long run  9 miles
Sunday  bike 9 miles  43 minutes
Total mileage 17.5 running,  one day cross training

This week is already planned starting with my track work out bright and early tomorrow morning.  How is your summer training going?
