Training Tuesday: Ab Workout

Keeping with the trend of workouts you can do at home, here's an ab workout that is great for the obliques.  Plus, lets be honest...swimsuit season is coming fast and it's time to work on that core!  This left me barely able to get up from the floor and maybe that's an indication that I need to get my act abs together!
