Weekly Roundup - Mar 3

This was a big week for the girls of We Run Disney!  We completed the Princess Half Marathon on Sunday and then got back to working out quite quickly once returned home.  We both have a host of races on our calendar for this year, and the training schedule will not be easy for either of us.  It's always a bit tough getting back into the swing of normal life after a race, not to mention dealing with post-race fatigue.  So, here are the details on our workouts this week.

Sunday, Feb 24th
Christine: Princess Half Marathon
Pam: Princess Half Marathon

Monday, Feb 25th
Christine: Walked Epcot for 10 hours!
Pam: Walked Epcot for 10 hours!

Tuesday, Feb 26th
Christine: Travel day
Pam: Flew home, stretched and rolled legs

Wednesday, Feb 27th
Christine: Tempo run - 4.25 mi in 39 minutes
Pam: Run 3 miles descending 9:40, 9:20, 8:30, warm up cool down and stretching

Thursday, Feb 28th
Christine: Rest
Pam:  Eliptical 20 minutes, rowing machine 750 meters, weights, stretching

Friday, Mar 1st
Christine: Rest
Pam:  Stationary Bike 25 minutes,  rowing machine 750 meters, stretching, rolling, Bosu, plank

Saturday, Mar 2nd
Christine: Long run - 9 mi in 1:31; Stretching followed by ice bath
Pam:  treadmill run 8 miles descending: 10:50, 10:20, 9:40 X 3, 9:22, 9:13, 8:57;  Stretching and rolling
