Weekly Roundup - March 17th

Both of us are racing today!  Christine is participating in the Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach and Pam is running the Quintiles Half Marathon in Wilmington, NC.  We are excited to be trying a local half since all of our prior half marathons have been at Walt Disney World or Disneyland!  

This was a very busy week for both of us.  Christine was tapering for her Sunday race and fighting some hip and IT band aggravation.  Pam was trying to get back into shape after lots of time away from regular exercise. We will be sure to have race recaps up on the blog next week.

Sunday, March 10th
Pam:  Bike 30 minutes, 750 meters rowing machine, stretching
Christine: Rest Day

Monday, March 11th
Pam: 6x500 treadmill descending, 3.5 miles total; stretching
Christine: 30 min stationary bike, abs, stretching

Tuesday, March 12th
Pam: Rest day
Christine: 3 mi easy run, yoga, rolling

Wednesday, March 13th
Pam: Run 4.2 miles tempo
Christine: Rest day

Thursday, March 14th
Pam:  Bike 30 minutes, 750 meters rowing, stretching
Christine: Active rest - yoga, stretching, rolling

Friday, March 15th
Pam: Run 2.25 miles easy, walked 3 miles
Christine: 2.75 mi easy run through the neighborhood with the dog

Saturday, March 16th
Pam: Rest
Christine: Rest
