Weekly Roundup: October 6th

This was a very busy week for us both - I was just getting back into town and excited about a little Birthday fun!  And despite all of that, I managed to stay (mostly) on track with my workouts.  I indulged a bit - cupcakes, yummy steak and ice cream were popular during my week 'o Birthday celebrations.  I was lucky enough to get to spend time with some of my dear friends and family - hard to get better than that!

Sunday, September 29th
Pam: 35 minutes stationary bike, 1500 meters rowing, plank
Christine: Rest day

Monday, September 30th
Pam: ran 4 miles, 35:56. plank, sit ups
Christine:

Tuesday, October 1st
Pam: 1 hour gentle Yoga class
Christine: 6 miles on treadmill

Wednesday, October 2nd
Pam: elliptical 35 minutes, sit ups, plank, legwork
Christine: 5 mile trail walk/hike

Thursday, October 3rd
Pam: rest day
Christine: Rest, Foam Roll and Stretch

Friday, October 4th
Pam: track workout 4x8 minutes at 8:23 pace, 200 meter pickups after each, total 5 miles
Christine: 30 min stationary bike, Abs

Saturday, October 5th
Pam: 30 minutes stationary bike, 1200 meters rowing, plank, Bosu ball
Christine: Zombie 5k

    1. Thanks Sarah. We are both hitting our stride, but hopefully today's long runs did not kill us....we are both exhausted!
