Weekly Roundup - March 16th

It was a quiet exercise week for both of us as we both raced this morning!  I picked up my packet on Friday night and went back to the small expo Saturday morning for the course talk.  It is always helpful for me to know the exact location of the aid stations.  With 19 water/Gatorade stations, there should not be any problem getting what I need on the race course for hydration.  My Gu packets will fit in my skirt pockets and Tom will be bringing some bananas for me!  No stress now worrying about food/fuel.  The weather forecast is not great, but I have planned for rain and will embrace it!
