Weekly Roundup - April 27th

This has probably been one of my lightest workout weeks.  I would be lying if I didn't disclose that it was a really chaotic, exhausting week largely due to some things going on at the office.  My workouts really suffered.  But on the flip side, my legs are FINALLY starting to come back!  I've found some speed again which is really exciting! I'm actually looking forward to my long run today.

It's been perfect weather in VA this weekend and I've gotten to take advantage - planting flowers, long walks with Paddy, dinner on the deck…I love getting outside after this crummy winter!  I even got to spend Thursday afternoon volunteering at a charity golf tournament.  It was a great time and they raised tons of money!
It was a rough day on the golf course!

  1. Sounds like a great week. Glad your legs are back to their speedy pace! And a quick thanks, because of your dog safety post, I've been much more consistent with running with my mace and so I had it with me during a really scary incident with a person this week. So...thanks!
