Weekly Roundup - Nov 29, Thanksgiving edition

All of a sudden the days are flying by and Christmas and the end of the year will be upon us before we know it.  This week was a flurry of activity for both of us as we prepared for a festive home cooked Thanksgiving meal and a turkey trot that morning.  My rolled ankle took a rest from exercise until Wednesday when I hit the gym for an easy workout.  Unfortunately some of life's other challenges are causing some stress, like a house that is not ready yet!  My workout list looks a bit like Christine's from last week, with just two days of actual workouts.  Luckily, my Boston training does not start for another three weeks, so a little more rest and relaxation will help me gear up for the training plan being put in place by coach Sami. By rest and relaxation, I mean move to a new home and host family Christmas.  So, a little less exercise and a little more planning will be helpful right now.
Mmm turkey!

Time to make the gravy!
