Weekly Roundup: November 16th

It's been a very busy week with the races in Richmond yesterday.  We both are pleased with our PR's given the very tough running conditions.  Thanksgiving day races the prior 3 out of 4 years seemed balmy compared to the wind and cold temperatures the runners endured yesterday at the Richmond trio of races. Having thawed out from our races, we are returning home today and hope the weather improves this week.....meaning warms up from the arctic freeze here in the south!

Sunday, November 9th
Pam: 6 mile long run 9:38 pace
Christine: 40 min elliptical, abs, stretching

Monday, November 10th

Thursday, November 13th

Saturday, November 15th

Hope you all had a great week.  Please leave a comment if you raced in the cold weather yesterday, or raced in warm weather (lucky you!)

  1. Congratulations on the PRs in Richmond! Looks like you ladies had some great workouts all week long.

I hope it warms up there too, it is chilly here and will be in the 20s for lows next week, yikes :(. Oh well, gotta get ready for Charleston Half Marathon and it might be cold then, at least if you run in all temps you are prepared for a race if it's on a really cold day.
