Weekly Workout Roundup: Jan 11th

Here it is folks, our first weekly workout summary for 2016. Get excited! We are!
Some visuals from the week (clockwise from top left) - a little snow on Tuesday
morning in Virginia; Mom's beautiful new marathon medal; a sleepy pup; and
a very interesting (albeit somewhat salacious) book

My primary focus for this week was getting started with physical therapy. I also rediscovered my love of the spin bike. The gym recently upgraded their equipment and the new bikes have a media center with different scenic places to "ride" through. Definitely makes my workout a little more fun!

In other news, I am focusing on self care in the upcoming week. I've been feeling a bit run down lately and since Adam was plagued by some head cold crud recently, I'm trying hard to stay well. That means early bedtimes, healthy meals, and focused workouts.

    1. I think spectating from afar is harder than in person, because you never know exactly what's going on!
